Robert Wiedmaier – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wiedmaier is a senior supply chain, operations and business development professional with more than 30 years of experience, most recently as President of
Performance Solutions, Inc., an operational and performance improvement solutions firm. Mr. Wiedmaier has also served as Vice President/Corporate Officer for
Ryder Logistics, Inc. in their logistics and supply chain management group, where he was responsible for providing and managing integrated logistics services and
lead logistics management solutions for clients globally. He has demonstrated success in turning around companies and improving company operating profitability.
Mr. Wiedmaier holds a B.S. degree from Wayne State University and is actively involved and holds a Board position with the Council of Supply Chain Management
Professionals, Warehouse Education and Research Council and the Association for Corporate Growth.
Drew Merrill – Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Planning
Mr. Merrill is a seasoned manager with 13 years of experience developing, selling and marketing complex technology solutions. He is responsible for all of CAPS’ sales and marketing activities and has been an officer of the company since 2004. Mr. Merrill has successfully managed sales teams for services and high-technology companies including Productivity Point International and Synapsis Solutions. He was co-founder and CEO of a high-tech e-Learning services firm that grew to $4M in 3 years, exceeding annual revenue targets by more than 50%. Since joining the company in 2003, Mr. Merrill’s solutions-based and client-centric approach has increased CAPS’ revenue by 73% while maintaining a 96% customer retention rate. Additionally, Mr. Merrill is a member of the Reusable Packaging Association’s (RPA) Board of Directors and currently holds the position of RPA Vice Chairman. Mr. Merrill has a B.A. from Northwestern University.
C. Keith Chulumovich – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Chulumovich started with the Company in 2004 and is responsible for CAPS’ operational, financial and information technologies activities. Prior to joining CAPS, Mr. Chulumovich served in various financial management roles within the Tier I automotive community, specializing in turnaround and start-up activity. Mr. Chulumovich started his career in public accounting with the firm of Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells (Deloitte & Touche) in Detroit, serving privately held companies in the manufacturing, real estate and leasing industries. Mr. Culumovich has a B.A. from Michigan State University.
